Buenos Aires, February 4 (NA) – A confidentiality agreement was finalized this Wednesday regarding security measures for the two minors under 14 accused of killing Jeremías Monzón, the 15-year-old teenager murdered in the city of Santo Tomé, Santa Fe.

The multipurpose hearing began at 11 AM in the basement of the provincial capital's courts, where prosecutor Pablo Cecchini, plaintiff attorneys, private defenders, and the Secretariat for the Rights of Children, Adolescence, and Family reached a consensus on the future of those involved.

Judge Gustavo Urdiales ratified the resolution, whose information was provided to the families of the non-punishable minors, while the victim's mother; provincial Security Minister Pablo Cocconi; prosecutor Luis Schiappa Pietra and other authorities also participated.

Bruno Andrés Rugna, one of the legal representatives of Romina Monzón, spoke with Agencia Noticias Argentina and emphasized: "The reasons for the ruling cannot be disclosed as they are confidential".
